Waste Management
Turning Waste into Artwork
Create Art with Waste and Turn It into Something More Meaningful.
Through the imagination and collaboration of Pusaka Indonesia members in Bali and surrounding areas, this inorganic waste has been transformed into works of art that are not only beautiful to look at, but also express concern for the environment. It is hoped that this will inspire more people and raise awareness of the importance of recycling.

I Kadek Cahya Adi Wardana, commonly known as Cahya, Coordinator of the Pusaka Indonesia Art Studio in Bali and surrounding areas, shared his authentic experiences with other members in turning waste into works of art through a broadcast on RRI Jakarta's Community Chat in May 2025.
"I am a native Balinese, and art runs in my veins, especially since Bali is famous for its rich culture. I used to not care much about waste, but since joining Pusaka Indonesia, my horizons have broadened in terms of how we can honor Mother Earth. Through the Cultural Arts division of Pusaka Indonesia one of whose programs is the Pusaka Art Studio we not only learn about culture and art but also cultivate awareness about waste. We collaborate in transforming trash into artistic dance accessories," he said. Selengkapnya
